We are privileged to have a certified Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Professional with almost twenty (20) years of experience in the GIS industry on staff at 4CGeoWorks. Among her many duties in her role as Principal Consultant, Susan Zwillinger, GISP, consults and develops the scope of each project, coordinating proposal development with sub-contractors, designing project plans, and developing deliverable schedules.
